Terms of service

NodeShop supplies wholesale blockchain RPC capacity and the software you use to resell it: a storefront, a page builder, plans, billing, keys and a customer dashboard, all under your own brand. You are our customer. Your customers are yours.

By creating a company on NodeShop you accept these terms on behalf of that business, and you confirm you are authorised to do so.

You decide what you sell, what you charge and who you sell to. That means you are responsible for the accuracy of what your storefront claims, for the lawfulness of your customers’ use of the service, and for holding your own agreement with them. Nothing here creates a contract between us and your customers.

You must not resell in a way that misrepresents who operates the infrastructure, use the service to attack or overload third-party networks, or offer the platform itself for onward resale as a whitelabel product.

We run the nodes, the gateway, the billing machinery and the dashboard, and we keep each portal’s data isolated from every other portal at the database level. We publish measured availability rather than a promised figure; where a service level is agreed it will be stated separately in writing and not implied by this document.

We do not sell to your customers, contact them for our own purposes, or operate a competing storefront on the platform.

You pay wholesale for the capacity your customers consume, and we take 10% of the retail price you charge. There is no platform subscription and no minimum. Our share is calculated on amounts actually collected; a refund reverses our share with it.

Payouts are made to the wallet you verify in your console. We may withhold a payout where we are required to, where the payout address is unverified, or while a chargeback or dispute is unresolved. [Counsel: confirm withholding grounds and notice periods.]

Either of us may end this agreement at any time. If you leave, your customers, your domain, your prices and your customer relationships remain yours, and we will provide your data in a portable form on request.

We may suspend a store immediately where it is being used unlawfully, where it threatens the stability of shared infrastructure, or where payment has failed and remains unresolved. Where suspension is not urgent we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms. This agreement is governed by [Governing law and courts].
