Questions about the money
- When do you take your cut?
- At settlement, on what you actually collected. A refund reverses our 10% with it — we never keep a cut of money you gave back.
- What happens if a customer does not pay?
- You owe wholesale for capacity that was served, and nothing on revenue that never arrived.
- Who owns the customer relationship?
- You do. They buy from your brand, on your domain, and their account lives in your portal.
- Can I leave?
- Yes. Your customers, your domain and your prices are yours. There is no exit fee and no lock-in clause.
- Do you sell to my customers?
- No. The platform sells to operators. It has no storefront of its own and never contacts your customers.
